“Challenging Patriarchy: Building Lives ”
This panel will expose how patriarchy shapes our society and why we need to fight against it to make the world fairer and more diverse. Women workers and activists will share their stories about the problems with the "build back better" slogan and how to make it a real possibility by challenging neoliberal policies. Speakers will share their ideas on how to break down patriarchal structures and promote gender equality, calling for policy reforms and giving voice to the oppressed. They will also show how patriarchy is linked to capitalism and globalization, making women's lives harder around the world.
