Join our activity at the upcoming World Social Forum and discover the power of social mobilization. Drawing from its biennial caravan experiences, CGLTE AO has effectively shared its concerns with communities, governments, and authorities in the West African sub-region. Every two years, over 300 African youths from 16 countries traverse this part of Africa to express solidarity and commitment to communities facing land, water, and seed grabbing. Journey through deserts, spend nights in the African rainforest, experience the same conditions as these communities, and engage in moments of intense mobilization. At each stage, share thematic discussions, visit sites of victims of violence or resource grabbing, and contribute to advocacy efforts shared with local authorities. A concrete example of successful struggle, demonstrating how change can be initiated by directly engaging with communities, supported by powerful communication. Join us to be a part of change and share this unique experience at the upcoming World Social Forum.
