We will make a collective mural based on what was done in Latin America. We will also collect ways of naming bread around the world, memories, stories and anecdotes through bread.

This curatorial proposal presents a joint investigation of multidisciplinary works of a collective nature around the transformation, conception and linking of bread in Latin America.

The proposal is articulated in a mosaic of possibilities that conceive bread as a food that activates processes of resistance against patterns of marginalization and appropriation of history especially carried out by migrants.

At the same time, it conceives bread as a symbol of life and cultural resistance that has survived the different waves of capitalist privatization and the need to expand and reinvent identity.

This process seeks to build a history based on poetic freedom and collective construction, outside of the imposition and limitation exerted by industries.

We propose to carry out this process on a global level. Taking this reflection to different cultures.
