Misson:Women's Forum for Women in Nepal (WOFOWON) is the first non-governmental organization of working women to ensure the human and labour rights of working women in this field. It is not just an organization but an organized campaign. It was established in Kathmandu on Chait 12, 2064 on the initiative of working women in the same area. After this, the campaign works to ensure women have more labour rights, the right to live with dignity. WOFOWON works against all forms of discrimination, oppression, harassment, labour exploitation, harassment, physical and sexual harassment against women in the entertainment industry. In our Nepalese society, due to discrimination between women and women, patriarchy and social structure, there is lack of access to education for women, lack of education and lack of high control. Most of them are forced to work at low risk and discrimination due to their work. Since 1991, various restaurants, dance restaurants, cabin restaurants, double evenings, restaurants have increased in some cities of Nepal for entertainment, and the number of women in those jobs has also increased. In the national network of women human rights defenders of our organization, the founding president of the organization has been appointed as the general secretary and has a district network in all 7 provinces of Nepal. Advocacy from a campaign feminist perspective. Emphasis has been placed on creating a favorable environment to ensure the rights and opportunities to work with recognition, equality, dignity and security in the entertainment sector. The organization will create an environment where workers' voices can be heard, establish workplaces free of violence and ensure workers' rights in cooperation with the judiciary. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure positive change through organizing women workers in the entertainment industry and raising awareness for labour rights. The Mission has been taken.
