The trend of international wars in the world is increasing. South Asian countries cannot escape its impact for long. There has been an old tradition of the ruling parties in this region disturbing neighbouring countries to win elections. Therefore, the risk of war in this region is even greater. If there is a war, pictures of large-scale genocide and ruins created by war like in Ukraine and Gaza will also be seen in these countries. These countries will start a blind race of buying weapons. The economic condition of farmers, labourers, scheduled castes, tribes, backward classes, poor and middle class will become even more shabby.   Therefore, it is necessary that humanitarians of South Asian countries take such an initiative like the European Union, so that a union of South Asian countries can be formed by overcoming a lot of difficulties. There have been enough academic discussions on this issue. In order to prevent the man made disaster of war in time, it is necessary that the interim parliament and government of the Union of South Asian countries should be formed without delay. This activity of Mission for Global Change, MGC, a registered charitable trust of India is organising this activity in Kathmandu to hold strategic discussions aimed at forming an interim parliament and interim government of the Union of South Asian countries without delay. दुनिया में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय युद्धों की प्रवृत्ति बढ़ती जा रही है।‌ इसके प्रभाव से दक्षिण एशियाई देश लंबे समय तक बच नहीं सकते। इस क्षेत्र में सत्ताधारी दलों द्वारा चुनाव जीतने के लिए पड़ोसी देशों के साथ छेड़छाड़ करने की पुरानी परंपरा रही है। इसलिए इस क्षेत्र में युद्ध का खतरा और भी ज्यादा बड़ा है। युद्ध हुआ तो यूक्रेन और गजा  की तरह बड़े पैमाने पर नरसंहार की तस्वीरें और युद्ध से बने खंडहर इन देशों में भी दिखाई पड़ेंगे। इन देशों में हथियार खरीदने की ओर बढ़ जाएगी। किसानों,  मजदूरों, अनुसूचित जातियों, जनजातियों, पिछड़े वर्गों, गरीबों और मध्य वर्ग की आर्थिक हालात और भी ज्यादा जर्जर हो जाएगी।   इसलिए जरूरी है कि यूरोपियन यूनियन की तरह दक्षिण एशियाई देशों के मानवतावादी लोग ऐसी पहल करें,  जिससे कि दक्षिण एशियाई देशों का एक यूनियन बन सके। इसके लिए एकेडमिक चर्चाएं बहुत हो चुकी हैं। समय रहते युद्ध की दुर्घटना को रोकने के लिए जरूरी है कि तमाम बढ़ाओ को पार करते हुए अब दक्षिण एशियाई देशों के यूनियन की अंतरिम संसद और सरकार का यथाशीघ्र गठन कर दिया जाए। काठमांडू में विश्व परिवर्तन मिशन, Mission for Global Change, MGC  ने यह एक्टिविटी/ चर्चा दक्षिण एशियाई देशों के यूनियन की अंतरिम संसद और अंतरिम सरकार बनाने के उद्देश्य से रणनीतिक चर्चा करने के लिए आयोजित किया है। क्षेत्रीय शांति और समृद्धि में सहयोगी बनने के लिए आप सबका स्वागत है। ‌निवेदक विश्वात्माअध्यक्ष- मिशन फॉर ग्लोबल चेंज+919818433422
